Welcome to Get2MyCard Booking — a platform operated by KK Marketing. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking an appointment, or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Get2MyCard Booking is an appointment scheduling platform that enables:

  • Clients to book appointments with service providers.
  • Service providers to manage their availability and bookings.
  • Secure payment processing via Razorpay.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Booking and Payments

💰 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Razorpay. The merchant of record for all transactions is KK Marketing.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable).
  • You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and email.
  • Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are detailed in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Misuse the booking system or provide false information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Get2MyCard Booking and KK Marketing are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
  • Any disputes between clients and service providers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
